"Absolutely LOVE Ivory Ella"
Absolutely LOVE Ivory Ella. Just bought there new leggings. Probably the softest comfiest leggings I have.
Love their designs for the hombre shirts and water bottles

"Frequent Customer"
Love this company! Ordered from them since they've been open! Customer service has always been respectful when answering and helpful in offering assistance for problems. Sizing does run a little large though!

"Runs very small."
I had good experience with them. I got my package in a reasonable amount of time. I ordered joggers, sleep shorts, and a long sleeve shirt. The material felt great and they looked exactly like what I ordered, but none of it fit. I usually wear a small, but I had to exchange everything from my order for larges. Once I got my second order I was very pleased.

This was our first purchase and we need a larger size. i went through the return portal but i am still being charged shipping????

[ivoryella rep] at this time we do not have a phone line. we ask that all customer service inquiries be submitted in writing so that we can better assist you. our records show that your order was shipped on 12/5. since according to usps tracking information, there was not an updated scan since the package left our building, we opened a case with usps regarding this issue. we also had a replacement shipment sent out. according to the usps tracking, it shows the second shipment was delivered 12/22. even though it was marked as delivered by usps, we did issue you a full refund when you requested it. we realize there is a large demand for our products and are doing our best to keep up. our business was started less than two years ago and we have already donated $1,081,899 to savetheelephants.org and other charitable causes, and we think that is awesome! we do realize though that there are improvements that can be made, and we will be working on those things for the future. what other charitable causes is ivory ella donating to that is not outlined in their website. i would like to know.
